We can’t wait to show you all that our Gettysburg farmlands have to offer!
The tour includes a stop at a local dairy where Alpine, LaMancha, and Saanen goats roam on open pasture and participants will learn about how artisan goat cheese is made; and an orchard where guests will harvest fruit fresh from its pick-your-own orchard as well as a tasting of local wine and cider. This new experience also includes harvesting herbs and vegetables and learning first-hand from the farmer's the process of how pastured animals are raised.
At the final destination, a local chef will combine all of the products collected throughout the day into a fabulous meal that will be served under the spreading arms of the farm's enormous maple tree as part of a truly rare and unique field-to-fork experience.
